Questions can also engage users/visitors and allow them to give you a tally of people attending an event or a quick opinion on something, etc.
These questions can either be Yes/No questions, True/False, Confirm/Reject or Attend/Miss. Attach a message, a coupon, or nothing at all in response to the user’s answer. This is your chance to reward the user for their participation, or to thank them for supplying you with a response.
As the questionnaires arrive, you can view the results immediately upon receipt of users’ responses! You can view the numbers according to their answers and what time they responded!
With a little HTML or PHP programing, you can also go a step further and have your questionnaire attached to a database and track the results. There is no end to the possibilities. The results all trackable and reportable.
Polls... Ask Your Customers
Write in your question. What is your favorite sandwich at our restaurant? What kind of event sounds the best to you? Survey the opinions of your customers, get an idea where their heads are at, and use this to your advantage by tweaking concepts, ideas, and/or strategies old and new.
Include a Coupon
Allocate 2 to 5 responses to polling questions. The user texts a number which corresponds to their response. Upon answering, you have the option to give them a coupon, a message, or nothing in response. The coupon is a great way to reward the customer for providing their opinion, which is invaluable to your business and its goals.
